This Privacy Policy describes how SeenByLLM ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, account credentials, and the brand URLs and prompts you submit for tracking. We also collect technical information such as IP address (hashed for audit purposes), browser type, and pages visited.

2. How we use information

• To deliver and operate the Service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing notifications).
• To detect, prevent, and address security incidents.
• To improve the Service and develop new features.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with:

• Sub-processors required to operate the Service (Fly.io for hosting, Resend for email delivery, OpenRouter and the underlying AI providers for prompt execution, Stripe for billing).
• Authorities when legally required to comply with a valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for the life of the account plus 90 days after cancellation. Audit logs are retained for 12 months. Scan results are retained for the life of the account.

5. Your rights

Subject to local law (including GDPR for EU users), you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@seenbyllm.com.
