- Do I need to be on Shopify?
- No. SeenByLLM works with any brand site — just paste your URL on signup. The Shopify app is a deeper integration tier with product sync and theme schema, but every feature is available standalone.
- Which AI assistants do you track?
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, and Meta AI. We add new assistants as they reach meaningful share of voice.
- How is this different from Google SERP tracking?
- Google shows your link. AI assistants summarize answers and only sometimes link the source. We measure what's said about you, who's cited alongside you, and how the conversation reshapes your demand.
- What does a 'credit' mean?
- One credit = one prompt sent to one AI assistant. A weekly scan of 20 prompts across 4 assistants costs 80 credits. The Starter plan gives 200 credits / month — enough for 2 weekly scans on the default cadence.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Trial is 14 days, no card required. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
- Is my data shared with the AI assistants?
- Only the prompts (which are public-facing questions about your brand) are sent to each assistant. We never share your private analytics or customer data.
